A Bit More than a Week

So this hasn't been updated for a little while...
Anyway I don't really remember what happened a week ago. So, this past week was nice. I had some fun with Steph. We went to the Chocolate Caper and Noodles again. Also I needed my oil changed, so we went and did that at a drive-thru place. LOL. After that we met up with others and watched the play at the high school. It was a great evening!
I got my new camera this week! Canon EOS 600D (T3i). Thank you Taby for letting me borrow your lense! I love it!
On Friday, Erin had to go home! I was so disappointed. Hopefully she'll be back on Fridays soon!
Satuday was Taby's birthday! I went and had lunch with her and her family at Wasabi in Madison on Sate Street. This was a lot of fun and delicious. We also walked around State Street for a while going in and out of shops. :) I can't wait for summer!
After that I had to work until Midnight. It was so slow and went very well.
Sunday... well, like usual, today was just like any other Sunday. Not too good... OH WELL. The incompetence seems to be rising among certain people over at store 6020... the nerve! :)

Working through the Four Seasons

SO
The past week went by so slowly. The same thing everyday. School... not to mention that math class is the EXACT FUCKING SAME THING everyday!! And I have it straight away in the morning which is just not pleasant. But German class on Friday was great! Frau Feltz did a presentation on her stay in Austria which was very cool. That was really the only nice thing that happened at school.
Friday night at work was this week with Elle. I missed closing with you, Erin - and Elle it was great seeing you on a Friday, but then missed you on Saturday! My schedule is back to normal though now so after this weekend hopefully we can have our normal dates ;)
Saturday was nice to sleep in a bit. Then in the afternoon Chamber Strings had a concert. We had to go to our teaches church, which I find kind of annoying, especially that it was on the weekend... but putting it aside, it went quite well. We played the Four Seasons by Vivaldi. It took forever, but I think we kicked a bit of ass at it.
Sunday was an 8-5 shift. Being in grill all day, I feel very nasty and really want to go to sleep. After work I went to the grocery store for my weekly food, went home, and made my lunch for tomorrow.
Sleep. Now.

The Weekend

Not too much happened this weekend.
The end few days of the week were just more filler-days.
Friday and Saturday were great as usual with Erin and Elle. Both days were mostly on the slow side, especially Friday night. There weren't that many customers. Saturday was a bit more busy, but still I got the entire drive-thru counters and equipment cleaned. It was nasty crusty-shit orange juice-cream-coffee-nasty everywhere. << that is the only way to describe it, by the way.
Sunday was... well, interesting as usual. It was quite slow for breakfast on a Sunday in my opinion. I was going to hand out an order in drive-thru and this lady just kept staring at me. She said "I didn't want cream in my coffee!!" She just showed up at the fucking window saying she didn't want cream in her coffee. Good the fuck for you lady, you could've made it a bit more obvious that something was wrong with your order, or you could've told somebody rather than cutting in line... OR, you could've gotten off you fat shit ass and come INSIDE! And you didn't have to be such a bitch about it with your eye rolling... Hey at least I said "I am so sorry about that, have an amazing day!" I totally meant it too ;)
Then lunch changeover was fine... but all of a sudden we just got slammed and people handed out wrong orders left and right. Holy ass, times were in the 250s+! Oh it was a mess. Luckily after a while we all had it sorted out and our times started to decrease second by second. Later in the day we had an... interesting customer come through drive-thru. She was asking stupid questions... like "why is everything "Mc"?" Oh the responses were priceless as well... "We're Irish." "You must not have been to Ireland." The best part was that it all ended with her saying "You are just one big McAsshole" and driving away. What a beauty.
Tonight I watched 50/50 with my mom and stepdad and stepbrother. It was a great movie!

On a side note I must write a bit to ease my emotions:
Things are tough, life is short.
Lately I have been missing you more and more.
I realized that I must come...
I must go there,
Whether or not the outcome may be positive or negative, it will help ease my longing for your presence.
Just to embrace again,
To see your smile, to hear your voice...
any of that would be enough.

Bitch Customer, Long-Ass Week

Well the weekend was okay. Sunday at work sucked major ass. This woman came in and yelled at us because we forgot her fries. I was making shakes and she just stared at me when Erin apologized and gave her fries. She looked like she was going to kill me. She turned around with her fries and kept starting. I said "ooookayyyy" because she creeped the hell out of me. Then she went off even more. Everyone was just so... "holy shit, what is wrong with this woman?" Anyway that day just was not too good of one... I was in an awful mood. To top off that wonderful day, I got home and our washing machine was broken. So that means, my clothes were almost all dirty. Yippie. Luckily it is fixed now though.
Monday was just a boring day of school. Yippee!!
Tuesday after school Steph and I went to the Chocolate Caper in Oregon. We each spent about $15 on chocolate! It's SO amazing and delicious. Then we went to Noodles and Company and ate and then loitered for like... 1.5 hours. It was so wonderful. We will do that again soon.
Today was just school and work. Work was nice and easy, I am just tired and cannot wait to go to sleep. Speaking of sleep, after typing I am going to do that.
My espresso machine is working well and it helps me get through the day. I have been trying different ways of making my morning mocha. Everyday they are getting better, so that is great! I am not really looking forward to bringing the machine back and forth every week to each house, but I guess it's just another box to bring. When I get my own place, it'll be far more than worth it.
Also my iPhone is wonderful - it's just so easy and convenient to have internet all the time. I never thought I would ever have it.
My paychecks have been wonderful lately... I think I am going to buy a new camera soon. A Canon Rebel T3i. They're not too expensive, and I think that the memories will be worth the money. Not to mention they are much better than my current camera, which is very nice but doesn't work too well in low-lighting. Also, the touch screen (the only way to use the camera) is starting to go bad.
It's been kind of tough lately. I have been very depressed and I have been finding little interesting or funny. It's just been... numb. I am still missing somebody badly and not an hour passes that I think of him. It's just difficult and I don't want to be a creep. . . I cannot explain the feelings, nor do I feel the need to, but shit I feel like a hopeless creep! Oh well.
Well, let's see what the rest of the week brings.

The Week

Well this week wasn't too awful.
On Monday I bought an iPhone. It's very different from any phone I have ever had before, so it'll take a while to get used to. But I am very excited for this.
The second semester isn't too awful. My classes do go by relatively quickly which is good. I still can't wait to get the fuck out of that school forever though.
I got a hair cut / layering on Wednesday with Taby. We also went to Red Robin. My hair much easier to manage now, and my bangs don't go down to my chin.
Friday night I worked until midnight-thirty. I'm damn tired, but am very excited to use my new espresso machine tomorrow! Work was good, but holy shit do people love their precious Shamrock shakes. Christ they're disgusting... We went through bag after bag of shake mix. For fuck's sake people, STOP ORDERING THOSE DAMN SHAKES.
That is all for today.

The Weekend

It is now Sunday evening and I am very, very tired.
I worked all weekend, which was pretty great -- I did a 10.5 hour shift on Saturday until 00.15 on Sunday, then went back at 08.00. We had on Saturday Quarter Pounders with Cheese for $1.00. People were crazy with that just as they were with the Big Macs, although we put a cap on the limit per order. So, to get around this people would order 6 in drive-thru and come inside and order more... people are so disgusting! Anyway today I was so tired. But, we decided to go get Donuts. So I went to the bakery to pick them up, which was fun. :D They were delicious.
I cannot wait to sleep.

It’s Final Exam Time!

Oh happy day, it's that time of the semester again! Exams.
I at first did not feel prepared at all for my first two exams, but now after taking both of them I feel confident that I did well on them. [I am currently sitting, just having finished my German exam, and there's nothing better to do than write this terrible entry.] I am not ready at all for my Algebra II exam. Shit, I didn't pay attention at all in that class... or do my work! Oh well.
I cannot wait for this weekend... maybe I'll get some sleep.
Also this weekend at McDonald's we are having $1.00 Big Macs. It is also our "grand reopening" after all of our construction. I just think it's kind of funny we're having that because we've been opening all but a day or two during construction. LOL. Oh well! I also get to work with some of the old managers who have moved to different stores. It'll be kind of odd, like 'old days.' :P
Well, I might as well go organize my Facebook photo albums, now that they allow more than 200 photos per album.

The Past Few Weeks

The past few weeks have been difficult ones. Since the German GAPP members went back home, it has been quite difficult to find motivation for pretty much anything, and to have certain types of happiness. I had some strong feelings for one of them, which is even more difficult that they have a girlfriend. Eh. Depression has come back in full-force and it is very hard to try to stay thinking positive... All I would like to do is graduate high school and get the hell out of here. I want to do it now, and the longer I stay here the more I get depressed. Well, to keep me busy I guess I can plan for the future, create goals for myself, work more (13 hours last Saturday, HA!), and hang out with friends more.
I don't know why I'm typing this all on here, I guess it can ease some the feelings or whatever.

On the bright side, I just got my new computer in the mail tonight and it is so much faster than my old one! I also have been watching a bit more Anime. I quite enjoy it, much more than I ever thought I would. Also I have been developing certain applications for my personal future. Like MyRecipes SE - A database of Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner, Snacks, Desserts, Drinks, etc., all available by the touch of a finger. I would like to have a computer with these capabilities on my counter when I have my own kitchen, as I LOVE making food. Speaking of food, at McDonald's, I have recently learned eggs, lunch meats, and lunch assemble. It's just pretty funny as I am a vegetarian. Also, there has been some thought that I may enter the management training program. I think I'd enjoy it for the most part... but who knows. It'll all come with time.

As for the near future, I need to start exercising. I have been eating so healthy lately, and should really care for my body in other ways as well. Here I come, Anytime Fitness! I also hope to update a little bit more regularly. It seems to help my organization - and I haven't updated since October! Shit, where'd those three months go!?

Well, that was quick! | Boring school, New car!

Oh my gosh, school is just awfully boring. It was very stressful, until I quit band and replaced it with a study hall. Personally, I think study halls are a waste of my time, but I couldn't switch into any other classes, and I really needed to get out of band. Study hall is just so boring... at least I get some work done, though.
Anyway, today I picked up my new car! It was a very quick decision to make, but yesterday my dad was going to trade in his dad's car for money, and we could get a car for me for free. My decision was based upon the health of this car and the health of my old car. My old car was falling apart, and yesterday on the way to the dealer, got a flat tire. So now I have a nice, new-looking Chevy Impala 2001! It is white, which is would not have been my first...or even 10th choice in colour. But it works so great! And the gas mileage is over 2.5x what I had before... :)

Geek.Kon 2011!

This past weekend was awesome.
We bought a hotel room and stayed there from Friday night through Sunday. In our room we had Taby, Lexa, Steph, Emi, and myself. It was quite a mess in there as we had way too much stuff and not enough space.

DAY 1 - FRIDAY
After school on Friday the 9th, Taby and I went to Lexa's house so we could pick up a few things such as my pants that her mom took in for me. After a few minutes at her house we went to Pick n' Save to get cookie dough, which was going to be our breakfast for the weekend. We then went to her house and packed up all of our food we made the night before, loaded up the car, and went over to Amber's house. Amber's mom needed to follow us there because she couldn't you know, mapquest directions or anything. We got to her house and waited for them to pull around out front. When they finally did, they suddenly had to go to the bank. I drove up to the bank and waited in the parking lot. Then, we again began our journey. When we got into McFarland she pulled up next to me and pointed to the gas station, mouthing "I need to get gas!" I kept driving until I could pull off, and again, waited. I called Amber and told her specific instructions of what they should do to make it easier for me to pull back on when she's finished. Nope, that didn't work. After finally getting behind me, we trucked on through traffic jams and horrible drivers to the Marriot West.
We got there, and were very lucky to find a great parking spot. Taby and I gathered up about half of our things and carried them up to our room, then took another trip for the rest. We got situated and decided not to go to the masked ball. We were very late and the majority didn't want to go.
So we put on our costumes - Lexa was a character from Homestuck, Emi was some character (I don't know who, but later she wore her cute Asian outfit,) Taby was Grell from Black Butler, and I was Edward Elric from FullMetal Alchemist. We finished and walked around, browsing the stands, gaming in the game room. The bubble game was there from the year before. YAY!
Later that night, we all decided to go to Denny's. Emi and I shared a veggie burger and it was quite tasty. We hung out there for a while longer, then decided to walk back.

DAY 2 - SATURDAY
We all were lazy and didn't finish getting ready until about noon. Some of us walked around, browsed, played video games, and just hung out with people the entire day. Also, that night some of us went back to Denny's, but this time we all had the same thing. Grilled cheese with mozzarella sticks inside. It was so delicious. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack, but it was totally worth it. We ended up leaving at about 12.30 AM. Then we walked back and played video games until about 03.00 AM... Checkout was around 11.30 AM. We didn't sleep all that much with having to clean up the room and such, but it was so much fun!

DAY 3 - SUNDAY
We all had to get up, get ready, and clean up our room and pack up our things. Taby and I loaded all of our things up into my car with two trips. We went back inside and played video games for a while, and I bought my FullMetal Alchemist wall scroll. We had to leave for pit rehearsal a little early, but we decided to go in our costumes. We showed up an hour and fifteen minute late, with only 45 minutes left in rehearsal. When we walked in the door, many laughed. We were so awkward! LOL! We finished up pit rehearsal and I took Taby back to her house, and we unloaded her things and sorted. After her mom and aunt snapped some photos, I took off for my mom's house. Still in my costume, there was much confusion on the road from other drivers, and when I arrived home.

What an awesome weekend! I cannot wait for our next con!
