A Week of Films, Work, and an Amazing Weekend
Monday
Well it was not a bad day at all. I watched three films in classes today and it was just wonderful. After school I went over to Lexa's house and eventually Taby showed up. We ended up watching High School Musical, which I had NEVER seen before. LOL. Just LOL.
Tuesday
Today was okay. It was another day full of movies and wanting to not do my Algebra II work. Instead, I Tumblr. I have two tests tomorrow and am going to fail horribly on both... oh well! After school, I went over to Taby's house with Amber. We made some chocolate-chip oatmeal cookies. They were nice and tasty. We also studied for our Anatomy test... well, more like they did studying and I sat there contemplating whether or not to do the work. I have issues. I am just not fucking interested. It's like my math work. I don't give a flying fuck. Maybe I should start taking antidepressants. But then again, I do not want false happiness or hopefulness... oh well. I dropped Amber off and went home and did a bit of texting. :)
Wednesday
So Wednesday was a day of school and work. I ended up bombing both the Algebra II and the Human Anatomy tests... oh well! At work ,it was nice to work with Elle and it was pretty slow for most of the night.
Thursday
Today was a pretty good day. School was not too bad and then after school I went to my Dad's house and had nice long conversations. :) I am very excited... Anyway I did some laundry there and cleaned up a bit during the conversations, then I went on a nice long bike ride all around town. Emi's mom drove by me and we chatted a bit through her car window, and this bitch behind her just slammed on her horn. What a bitch, I mean really. You're in that much of a hurry? It was pretty funny. After my ride I went back to my mom's house. I made my lunch and had some salad and then some Starbucks Mocha ice cream. YUM! Now for some sleep! :)
Friday
Today was an okay day. School then worked from 4-midnight. I missed working with Erin again, but Elle was closing so it was fun anyway. :)
Saturday
Today was good. Although I had to wake up early and be at school at 9.45, it was still fun I guess. We finished our dress rehearsal for the orchestra theme concert at about 13.00. I rode my bike. It's a nice day out! I then went to work from 15-Midnight. Elle closed again which was great, and we have some wonderful ideas that we can hopefully begin working on soon! And water bottles. I went to sleep pretty much right when I got home.
Sunday
Today was an amazing day! First I woke up after a nice night's sleep. I got ready for the day and left to pick up Steph and was at her house by 12. We left and made our way to Evansville to pick up Michael. Being the professional navigators that we are, we took many wrong turns. I do still blame it on my phone for not being a very good GPS, but hey, we did get there. We picked up Michael and made our way to Phoebe's house. We picked her up and then went to my mom's house. Then we got back into the super hot car and drove to Pick n Save in McFarland and spent... $40.

LOL. We then went back to Phoebe's house to pick up a pan.
Then back to my mom's house and we hit the kitchen. We were making three cakes and some pudding all at the same time. Steph was making the Oreo pudding, Phoebe was making some vegan chocolate cakes, Michael was making some funfetti cakes, and I was making my chocolate vanilla swirl bundt cake. In the end, we actually had five separate pans of cake. LOL! We decided to, because of timing restrictions, to put all of the cakes in the oven at the same time... yeeeeeah well that didn't work out too well. It was pretty funny seeing them bake. We actually ended up making five cakes: two of Phoebe's chocolate, two of Michael's funfetti, and my bundt cake. The only ones that turned out were one of Phoebe's and one of Michael's. The edges were burning, the insides were not cooking fast enough. It was hilarious! My cake tasted like poison. Yum! :)

We also made purple Kool-Aid, but did not have a pitcher... so we decided on the blender. This was kind of a mess and might have stained the counter purple. We also applied stylish temporary tattoos. Mine is a blue star with a pink filling and a dog in the center. We're beautiful. We also ate a jar of pickles. Well, we left one pickle in the jar and then added food colouring. It went from green to red and then to a sort of blackish. We were in the kitchen for hours.
At about 17.30 we had to leave. We dropped Phoebe off, then Steph, and then Michael. I now know a MUCH easier way to get to his house. It doesn't require 20 wrong turns. :)
I had an amazing day and am really looking forward to our next adventure! c:
A Mattress of a Week
Wednesday
So today was just another day. I went to school, looked at cake on Tumblr, and went to work. I was expecting Elle at work, but Nick was the manager and that's just ok with me. We always have fun. :) We did get kind of busy later and people were getting irritated. Especially some customers. But whatever, they'll forget about it after they're done eating.
Thursday
Today was good. Well, of course it was the usual school deal, but in anatomy we had human organs to look at and touch... it was pretty nasty I must admit. But anyway after school I went home and then Jenny picked me up and we went to our pit dress rehearsal. It was a lot of fun and we finally began talking with other people. We also after rehearsal went to the cast party at a kids house and it was cool to meet people and talk with them. They were all so nice and welcoming, unlike Stoughton! We left and I got to bed at around midnight. Not so great to get up on Friday, but oh well.
Friday
So Friday was a pretty boring school day, and I feel bad... I called in to work. I have never called in before, and I am going to miss working with Erin tonight! But I know she got her purse and will stay alive even if the Stoughton crazies try to harm her! :) I have to go to the first performance tonight in Evansville of the "Once Upon a Mattress." The thing is though, I have worked at McDonald's for two years and have never called in. I have put all of my time and effort into McDonald's, for the benefit of them. I have never just thought for myself and I need to do this, repair relationships and at least try to enjoy the rest of my high school years. I still feel bad for calling in, but I do need it... badly.
On the way home from school, all of a sudden there was this awful plastic sound coming from the rear of my car. Ian got out and it was a huge-ass stick. I was dragging it somehow. LOL!
Jenny and I left at about 18.20. We got to the school, unpacked, and then the cast told us to come to their circle. We did a little before show dealio. Then we went in and began the show!
I really like the show, I think it's funny and the people are great! We ended the performance and then went to Perkins in Janesville. I had some breakfast potatoes and a chocolate muffin. There was this crazy bitch (she looked kind of disabled,) and she came over and yelled at us because she could hear us while she was eating... I mean really... she was such a bitch! We were very respectful of her because when she went back to sit down we screamed "Happy Birthday" for Kaylie. And there were 40-some of us. LOL!
After Perkins we went to Wal-Mart. We fucked around a bit, got yelled at for riding bikes in the store, and ended up leaving. It was so much fun, I wish everyday could be as fun and enjoyable! I went to bed at 3...
Saturday
So having woken up at 11, I was actually well-rested! I went to work at 15.00 until about 23.45.
At about 23.05 all of a sudden a group walked in from the production! They waited for me to finish work, and that was just so nice. I felt wanted. :) Anyway then we went to Leo's house, where the party was. We sat on logs on the rear of the barn and talked and played 'never have I ever.' It was so nice, and everyone is just so accepting and friendly! It's just so different because Stoughton is not like this at all. I ended up leaving after 2... I got to sleep at about 3.15. It was such a great night!
Sunday
After going to sleep at 3.15, I got up and was at work by 8.15. I only worked until 10.30. It was nice to see Erin. I also got some weekly crap finished.
After work I went home and showered, then went to Jenny's and we picked up Shaylee and went to Evansville. We got to the school and immediately went into the group circle. All of the seniors spoke again, this time with tears, papers, and prepared speeches. It was so touching to see how much all of this means to some of them. Their last show, I teared up hearing some of them... there was lots of sobbing. It was so great to see how close they are. And that we were included all the way until the end! Before the seniors could finish their long speeches, the director came running out yelling "what the hell are you doing, get in it's 2.03, you should be on stage!" That was funny. Everyone ran inside, I ran and unpacked my cello. We went into positions and began the performance.
During the performance, an incredibly funny thing happened... Near the end before Winnifred passes the Queen's test, the gift from the Queen (since she assumed Winnifred would lose and have to go home,) was a rubber chicken. Prince Dauntless was supposed to throw it over the rest of the cast off stage... but this time it smacked this chick right in the face. It was so damn funny!
Afterwards, we began taking stuff down, then we had to leave because Shaylee had to get home and I had to go to my grandparents for my grandma's 70th birthday. I went there and we had some cake which was fucking delicious! It was strawberry. YUM! I thought I would go back to Evansville and help and then go to the movie with everyone else, but of course I was too late... I went to the grocery store, then home.
I really hope that our new friendships continue on into the future! I would love that.
What a great weekend. Maybe I should transfer to Evansville... ;)
Rehearsals and Work
Wednesday
I had to work. It was not a bad night.
Thursday
Thursday was not a bad day, though it was tiring! We had pit again in Evansville. Beforehand we went to Starbucks and I got a delicious Mocha. YUM! We were actually on time to the rehearsal, which seemed to go on for ages, but it was fun.
Friday
Friday night I closed with Erin. We did not have food this week, but we sure had some nerve! We did make plans for this coming Friday though, and it involves Pizza. It was a very interesting night though, the Stoughton crazies sure were out!
Saturday
Saturday I worked during the day, and it was super busy at first! Holy cow, and the ladies who ordered hot chocolates and other beverages using our FRANKE machine sure were getting impatient. It was a pretty good day though.
Sunday
Sunday was a great day at work. I cannot believe I just said that... but it really was. Elle was managing and later it was Nick. We had a lot of fun and it was not busy for once! How nice!
Monday
Monday was just a Monday. We had pit rehearsal and it went SUPER late. It was pretty fun though.
Tuesday
Today I had a pretty nice day I guess. School was boring as shit like usual... in math class I went on Tumblr and looked at and reblogged cake pictures... but then after school I went home, got rid of some more stuff, and made chocolate cake! I then came across a vegan recipe on my bookshelf and decided that I really really wanted cake. So I made the cake. It's nice, moist, and chewy. After my cake adventure, I rode my bike over to Lexa's house and hung out with her, Taby and Ian for a bit. Then I rode my bike around town for a while. My body hurts, but it's great! The air was a perfect temperature. The night was pretty calm, not much traffic, the breeze was light.
Wow I really was descriptive in this past week... not. Oh well. Maybe I will try to write every day so I actually remember what happened. But why the hell is Tumblr down? I want to look at more cakes...

The Second Week of April
This week didn't go too quickly.
I honestly barely even remember what happened this week. Hmm, I worked Wednesday through Sunday. So, ah yeah. Friday night went well with Elle! (Ha, that rhymes.) We weren't horribly busy, but we were down some people. I brought in my camera and she took some "senior pictures" for me. They're pretty amazing, and I cannot wait to print them and give them to my family.

Saturday I midshifted with Elle and Erin, and quite a bit happened. It was pretty busy and people were fucking stupid and couldn't do their jobs properly. On a side note I am excited for Erin and I's Friday Buffet to resume this coming Friday. :)
After work on Saturday I rode my bike to Taby's house. We hung out and stuff, then watched Human Centipede II. That was the most fucked up and stupid movie I have ever seen. I'd really like to know who the hell thought up of that movie, because they sure have some mental issues! Then later that night, she had to drive me home because it was lightning-ing. :P
Today is Sunday and today people sure had some fucking nerve. I was in grill side two for lunch, and Chelsea had an order call-in... for only 35 McDoubles, 25 double hamburgers, 30 McChickens, and 10 large fries. Well, lucky us on side two got to make all of the sandwiches, except for 6 McChicken, which side one made for us. It only took about a half our. It wasn't bad though, but I think I can handle initiating on side two now after that. The smallest order in the world came to a measly $120.16. I wonder if they were hungry... Anyway after being in grill for a bit I ended going up front. People sure had some fucking nerve. Every customer was just in a huge hurry, and some of the workers just were stupid! I asked a kid to take back a garbage to get emptied. He flat out said "no." He said he should have somebody else do it. And I said "but I asked you." He still refused to do it, and I had to have Chelsea tell him to go do it. I am not all mighty and powerful, I know that. But I AM above the crew people and that is insubordination right there, that stupid asshole. Then he was questioning the way I was doing MY JOB. I just wanted to kick him in the teeth. I mean seriously, he couldn't even keep track of orders in drive-thru, WHICH he wasn't even supposed to BE IN. He was trying to take over, but didn't know what the fuck he was doing. I'm just like, "leave. Go back to your position, out of drive-thru." My shit, that kid has some fucking nerve. Fuck. ANYWAY I don't want to go to school tomorrow.
Hopefully I can add in details from the week, I don't know why I forgot them at the moment...
Spring Break!
Well after the wonderful world of Daisho Con was over, Monday came.
On Monday, in the afternoon Taby and I hung out. We went to an Asian Market on Park Street in Madison. I can't remember the name of it, but it was very Asian. I bought some Jasmine Rice and Mango Ramune! I never have had their Mango flavour before, I had no idea it existed! How delicious it was. We bought a package of Vanilla flavoured Mochi Ice Creams. Those were so damn tasty... after our taste test of our new product, we looked for places to eat. We decided to eat at Edo Japanese Restaurant, just down the street. We brought in our Mochi Ice Creams for after dinner. We both shared Vegetable Dumplings, Vegetable Tempura, and each had some rice. It was so delicious - I can't wait to go back. YUM! We then went to back to her house and hung out a bit and took some great photos.
Tuesday I ended up working for a few hours. After that I headed over to Lexa's house. Taby, Lexa, Ian and I watched "Spirited Away," and "My Neighbor Totoro." They were such great movies! We also ate some cheese and broccoli Hot Pockets. It was nice to watch things with other people.
Wednesday I worked 11-20. It was quite tiring.
Thursday my dad and I went and bought some rollerblades! I am so excited to use them and am grateful that he purchased them for me. We were going to go get a new cello bow, but the guy who sells them only goes by appointment, which I did not know. So after getting the rollerblades, we went to Red Robin in Monona. I had a Gardenburger (veggie burger with cheddar and pickles,) and of course seasoned fries! Then after our adventure I got my paycheck and clocked in for work - 17-22. I did clock in early, but I don't remember how early. I thought it would be a nice short shift, but was wrong. All of a sudden our system started getting screwed up... the monitors flashing something about "not being able to connect to kvs" something or other. We could not use our POS systems, take orders, or cash people out! Drive thru was full in both lanes... we pulled out the notebook, calculator, a pen, and till. I took orders with that in drive thru slowly bur surely. I explained the situation to all of the customers, and they were all very nice about it! After a while, we got our systems back up, which was so lucky. And soon after this a customer ordered a Fudge Sundae. They're $1.49 or something close to that, and they used to be $1.06. He said "oh, so prices went up." "Yes they did, quite a bit. All of the ice cream is going up." "There's no reason for it." "The reason..." "There's no reason for it." "Well,..." "THERE IS NO REASON FOR IT." SHIPPING DUMB ASS! FUEL AND SHIPPING COST. Go get fatter somewhere else.
Friday, I hung out with Kelsey! We went to Hobby Lobby and had some quite sexy time with loads of cute stuff and sensual designs. After we finished at Hobby Lobby, we went to my house because I needed to pack my stuff for my mom's house and then had to go to work. I had a package on my doorstep, and it was my new rice cooker! How super exciting! After I packed up my car, I dropped her off at her house and went off to work. I closed with Erin! 16-00. We decided to make some rice with my new rice cooker. That was fun, and we tried the Southwest Salad's tortilla chips on it. That was SO damn good! We had a pretty good night, it was not too busy.
Saturday I worked 11-20. It was a slow day. Elle mid-shifted and that was nice! My feet hurt so badly that day.
Sunday I worked 8-16. For breakfast, I was in Toast-Q/Bake. It was so slow, there was not much to do but clean, except most was already clean! I got to work with Elle in the grill area and that was fun! Oh our inside jokes that nobody else understands. :) I was in grill all day. For the afternoon most of the time I was alone with a newer person, Austin. We were so slow, there were only a few order rushes. My waste was not too good... we probably wasted more than we sold. But hey, I got practice in for meats, initiating, and assembling. Fried products are so self explanatory I don't need practice on that. Fried products is hard to screw up in my opinion. Anyway, for a little while I was all alone back there doing everything. That was fun! It would not have been fun if we were busy though. Sarah got there at 16 and I stayed for about 30 minutes extra.
Monday was cleaning day. I had to clean the shit out of my room as well as the bathroom. That was not fun at all, but at least my room is dust-free and I have another box of Goodwill donations. I do enjoy getting rid of stuff, as I feel I have too much of it. I wish I could've cleaned a different day though, Brother and I were going to go to the cemetery! Hopefully Saturday! :) At 20.00, I watched "Airplane II: The Sequel." It was so damn funny, I love both of the "Airplane" movies so much. They truly are just hilarious!
Tomorrow it is time to go back to school. One plus is that I have some new shoes that came in the mail today. That will be nice, I love more variety.
This week was filled with a bit of interesting things: COOKIES!
This past week was just another week filled with school and work.
Monday was great to not have to go to school. I hung out with Taby and also had my car fixed, spending only $640... and a lot of biking took place, it was great!
Tuesday was a school day. I began cleaning out my shit again, I want to keep getting rid of stuff.
Wednesday I rode my bike to work! It was very warm out, but after work it was a super relaxing ride.
Thursday I went on a field trip. We went to some school to an Uwe Kind thing. It was lots of fun. He makes music and stuff for people learning German. We afterwards went to Culver's. I brought my own lunch, because I'm not eating that fast food shit... except for some fries. Those were delicious. :) We were gone for the whole day, it was awesome.
Friday was a school day (yuck,) but then worked with Erin for closing. That was fun and we sure had our purse! Everything was done pretty early. I fucked up a ton of orders though. At least most of the people had understood and weren't too bad about it all.
Saturday was a great catch up day where I cleaned a bit and went through a ton of old junk. Then I closed with Elle. This went super well again! Two nights in a row where we had our purse.
Sunday was... another Sunday. It always gets worse as the day goes on. I was not on Toast/Q, which was strange. Later in the day, it was hot as ass in the store. I went to hand out this cone to this lady in drive-thru and she was very vocal about something:
Her: "WOOOOAH. It's very runny! How long has it been sitting there for?"
Me: "Yeah, it's melting very fast today, it's so hot in here. It hasn't been sitting here for a minute."
Her: "I've been waiting forever to get this, seriously." *starts to drive away*
Me: "Okay, have a GREAT day, byebye!" *in a super annoying suck-up voice*
Oh well! One great part of the weekend were the cookies! We're getting chocolate chip cookies this week, and we had some made a bit early so we could taste-test them. Holy ass are they delicious! YUM!
I then went to the grocery store and made some curry for lunches this week! I am excited for that portion at least. But ew, school tomorrow. Fuck.
An off week
Well this week was nothing truly special, but it was different than most. I finally got sick. Sunday was a pretty bad day at work like usual, but near the end of my shift I started to feel like I was developing a cold. Sure enough, fever, chills, lungs, congestion, the works appeared the next morning. Monday I stayed home from school and finally finished Blood+. I also slept a bit. My temperature was 100.5°F. I had lost all hope in being allowed to go to school in the morning. (as much as I hate school, I would rather NOT miss important testing days and shit.) At about 22.00, my fever dropped to 95.5. This was good, but still not the safest temperature...
Anyway, Tuesday came and after school, Taby and I took Sebastian to his piano lesson in Fitchburg. We went to Noodles & Company. Yum! I had the macaroni and cheese, the first real food I had eaten since the day before. We then had our orchestra concert. I think the concert went very well. We played two concertos and then the four seasons... we were very sore after that. Ms. Toole forgot to put me in the program for the seasons, and my grandparents didn't like that, but whatever. After the concert, Culver's like usual with lots of people!
Wednesday was just a day with work.
Thursday was just a day with work.
Friday was just a day with work, but Erin was back! I was so glad to have you back. :) The night went by quickly, with all the fucking Shamrock shakes. What is wrong with Stoughton and those shakes!? "Yes, I would only like 7 medium shamrock shakes." "Yeah? Well, fuck you too, customer."
Saturday was very nice, I slept for 9 hours! It was so relaxing! I then worked on my PSA for environmental science, which is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9DykHovSVs Then I had work at 4 till close with Elle. St. Patrick's day was not too awful at all! We did have the occasional shake rushes, but nothing compared to Friday night, so I got a ton of cleaning jobs done.
Sunday was... well... again another Sunday. It was a bit different in the morning as I trained Jenna on toast/Q. That was interesting, but I think it went okay. As Sundays go on, the worse of a mood I get in. I was about to snap near the end, the nerve!! Well, I guess it's just the people who do not listen or do their job correctly or communicate with others. Why do Sundays always have to go this way!?
And tomorrow's Monday. A day of no school or work.
On a side note, I feel left out.. sort of like I just don't belong. I don't know. I can't explain it.
Finally, the weekend!
Well finally it is the weekend. I am very happy for this, but it's daylight savings time tonight and I have a now 7 hour gap between 8 hour shifts. I'll just have to be on all of the espresso.
This past week really was not all that eventful. It was nice though on Tuesday Taby and I took Sebastian to his piano lesson and then went to Hobby Lobby. Then we picked him up and went to Noodles & Company. We also studied a bit for History.
Besides that, I worked Wednesday until tomorrow.
Work on Friday night was very busy, it was unusual to have being back to the usual Friday steadiness.
Today I wanted to wash my car, but didn't have the time. I cleaned a bit, got organized, did two projects for school, and am doing a ton of laundry. Guess the car will have to wait a week or two.
I cannot wait for summer to come around, the freedom of not having to go to school will be so great!

Earlier in the day I loaded up a ton more stuff to give away. I had four huge boxes! I feel so accomplished, and it doesn't even count the few computers and filing cabinet! Anyway I left for Taby's house in the mid-afternoon. We got ready and such, and people began showing up. We had Taby, Amber, Lexa, Ian, Danny, Katie, Matt, Ashley, Mary and I. After snacks and our great photoshoot we ended up leaving for Ha Long Bay at about 6.30. We got there a bit after 7, which was our reservation time. That was okay though. We ate and socialized for a long time. Taby and I shared Curry Puffs and each had a side of rice. Yum! We got out of there at about a quarter to 9 and made our way to the Sheraton on John Nolen Drive. We got there, parked, and entered the event. We moseyed on in and socialized. The music was just awful... the same shitty "popular" music that apparently everybody listens to. I wouldn't even classify some of as music at all. But that's beyond the point. We took photos, mingled, and sat.
